How we work
A typical engagement starts with a focused diagnostic of where AI can create the most value, then narrows to a small set of priority workflows chosen with the customer's leadership. From there, our engineers work inside the organization to design, build, test, and ship production systems - wiring our models into the customer's data, tooling, controls, and core processes so teams can use them in day to day work.
We stay long enough for the system to survive contact with the real business: incident response, eval pipelines, governance, and a clean handoff to the internal team. The point is durability, not handover paperwork.
